Best prepared gongfu style — small vessel, multiple short infusions. Each steep reveals something different. Western-style brewing works equally well; start with 85–90°C and adjust to taste.

This has become my evening ritual. The sweetness is so natural and round — nothing like flavoured teas. After a few cups I feel genuinely relaxed. The quality is exceptional.
