Shipping & Returns.

We take care in packaging every order so your tea arrives exactly as it should. Below you will find our shipping options, delivery estimates, and return policy.

Domestic Shipping

We offer the following shipping options for orders within the United States:

  • Standard Shipping (5 – 7 business days): $5.95 flat rate, or free on orders over $75.
  • Express Shipping (2 – 3 business days): $12.95 flat rate.

Orders are processed within 1 – 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Free Shipping

All domestic orders of $75 or more qualify for free standard shipping. No promo code is needed — the discount is applied automatically at checkout. Free shipping applies to standard delivery only; express shipping rates still apply regardless of order total.

International Shipping

Within Tea ships internationally to most countries. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Estimated delivery times for international orders range from 7 – 21 business days depending on the destination.

Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your country of residence. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates or order total.

Within Tea is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns of unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be in their original, sealed packaging and in resalable condition.
  • Opened tea products cannot be returned due to the nature of the product.
  • Teaware and accessories may be returned if unused and in original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@withintea.co with your order number and reason for the return. We will respond within 2 business days with instructions.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at info@withintea.co within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and photos of the damaged or incorrect items. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 – 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your bank or payment provider.
